Return Policy

At Octavio Miles we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs.  However, to receive a full refund the necktie(s) and/or accessories must be unworn, in good condition, and the return package postmarked within 14 days of receipt of goods.  We will not issue a refund for worn, soiled, or torn neckties and/or accessories.

When making a return or exchange please include the purchaser's full name, address, and phone number.  A refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item within 5 days from the date we receive the merchandise.  You will be notified by email after we have received and processed your refund or exchange.
