How will my order be shipped?
We ship Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes we do ship internationally.

How long before my order is processed and shipped? 
All orders ship within 48 hours of order placement Monday thru Saturday. The delivery time is 5-7 business days within the U.S. unless the product is out of stock in which it will take 10-14 business days.

Can I purchase a gift for someone and add a personalized message with it? 
Of course! Before placing your order, Email us with your information as well as the information for the recipient including the person’s full name and mailing address. Also, include the special occasion and message that you would like to have included with your gift

Can I add a personalized message to my gift? 
Yes. Just include the message you'd like to have placed on your gift in your email.

What are your business hours?
Since we are an online store we are open 24 hours a day.  If you have any questions, please call 610-672-9750 and leave a detailed message and a representative will get back with you within 24 hours.

Is my email and credit card information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We do not sell our customer's names, addresses, or email addresses. 

Do you sell extra-long ties?
Not at this time. However, many of our customers whom usually request longer lengths are able to wear our ties depending on the type of knot they tie.

What length and width are your neckties?
Our neckties are standard length.  They're 59" L x 3.9" W (at the widest point).

What is a Private Demonstration?
Our private demonstrations can be held in the privacy of your own home, business, church, hotel setting or any other location of your choice. It is a unique way to view our selection in an intimate setting. Private Demonstrations can also be given at birthday parties, weddings, family reunions, and fundraisers.

How many guests do you need in order to book a Private Demonstration?
We request that you at least have 10 people.

What is the cost?
The cost is absolutely free.

What is the price range of our products?
Our selection fits all budgets. Our prices range from $15 for costume Jewelry to $200 for our uniquely designed hats.
